Who takes care of the assembly?
We can handle this for you! Our experienced construction teams, have completed over 500 projects and are ready to assist. We offer full service, including the installation of electricity and plumbing directly into the tent. If you prefer to build the safari tent yourself, that option is available as well.
Will you deliver the safari tents turnkey?
Our safari tents are delivered fully equipped and ready to use, with all necessary connections such as electricity and plumbing installed.
Can I set up the tent myself?
Yes! With our clear assembly instructions, it's quite doable. Moreover, our scaffold wood furniture is delivered assembled or custom cut to size. If you still encounter problems, simply call or email us and we will help you further.
What sort of interior do you offer?
We deliver the safari tents fully furnished with scaffold wood furniture, complete bathrooms, and all accessories. And we really mean all accessories: think of mattresses, pillows, and even the trash can in the bathroom. This way, the tent is ready for your guests. Prefer to furnish your safari tent yourself? What is the lifespan of a safari tent?
On average, 10 years! Typically, the frame and roof last twice as long. This means that after about 8 to 10 years, you don’t need to buy a completely new tent but only need to replace the canvas.
How do I keep the safari tent clean?
The safari tents require minimal daily maintenance. They are constructed from different materials, each needing a specific cleaning method. Use the appropriate cleaning agents with care to ensure unsuitable products are not used.
What materials are your safari tents made of?

Yes! We offer a 5-year warranty on both the canvas and the wooden frame, and 2 years on the interior and appliances. Our fittings are even covered for 15 years. I want to rent out in the winter, is that possible?
Absolutely! Our seas-on lodge is specially designed for rental in all four seasons. Thanks to the insulated floor, roofs, and wall panels, you can rent out all year round. With our other models, you can extend the season by installing a heater. Consider a portable gas heater or even an infrared heater!
What is the delivery time for the safari tents and lodges?
Within 10 weeks. We deliver our safari tents and lodges directly from our large stock. This way, you can quickly and effortlessly rent out your safari tent or lodge.
Do you also deliver abroad?
Absolutely! We have delivered our tents to around 50 countries worldwide, with a primary focus on Europe and North America. This has given us extensive experience with different climates, laws and regulations, and logistical possibilities.
How is the transport of the safari tents and lodges arranged?
