Discover how we approach refurbishment
At Camping Molecaten Waterbos, we renewed the canvas, roof and frame of ten safari tents. Watch the video to see how we assess, upgrade, and give existing tents a new lease on life.
What can be replaced?
Every situation is unique. The condition of the tents, their age, and your ambitions for the park determine what makes sense to renew. Sometimes it involves a single component; in other cases, a broader upgrade. We can replace or upgrade:
- Canvas and inner tents
- Roof construction
- Frame and connection components
- Wooden floors and decking boards
- Doors (e.g., glass sliding doors or wooden entrance doors)
- Interior (replacement or restyling with a new interior concept)
Would you like to give your tents a fresh, modern interior? Or add a wooden entrance door or glass sliding door for more light and comfort? That’s possible too.
Project Case – Campsite De Leistert
At Recreatiepark De Leistert, we carried out a refurbishment project for ten Wood AN5 safari tents. The inner tents were replaced, floors were sanded and re-stained, decking boards renewed and the existing Douglas doors were adjusted and reinstalled.
