Important points to note
- Drain all the plumbing and leave the taps open.
- Add antifreeze to traps and toilet bowls to prevent freezing.
- Disconnect electrical appliances with circuit boards (such as dishwashers or coffee machines) and store them indoors.

- Treat zippers with silicone spray to extend their lifespan.
- Ensure light ventilation and check that the tent is free from overhanging branches.

Is your canvas due for replacement?
Over time, the canvas may need replacing, usually after around 8 to 10 years of use. That’s completely normal, especially for tents that stay outside all year round. You don’t need to buy a completely new safari tent. In many cases, we can easily replace the canvas or parts of it for you. Depending on the model you have, we’ll find the best solution together.
